GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE 2012 UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN, UI POST-UME
The 2012/2013 University of Ibadan UI post-UTME is now available to candidates fulfilled the Following:
*1. Candidates who selected the University of Ibadan, UI either as their 1st or 2nd Choice at the 2012 UTME(Jamb) Registration.
*2. Candidates Who scored 200 Marks and Above at the just concluded 2012 UTME.
*3. Candidates who will be sixteen years old by October 2012.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION! All Candidates should ensure that they met the criteria above before paying at the bank for the 2012 UI post-utme registration. Refund will not be granted for any payment made in error.
All payments for the 2012/2013 University of Ibadan, UI post-UTME must be made in the names of the candidate applying for admission.(error in your name may results in more troubles. Note that the university of ibadan cut-off mark is 200, any candidate who score below that is not qualified to write the examination)
How To Obtain Your 2012 University of Ibadan UI Post-UTME Access Code/Scratch Card
The access code/Scratch Card can be obtained after the candidate has successfully pay the sum of two thousand naira only (N2,000.00) into THE UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN ACCOUNT at any of the branches of the following approved banks.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: After you must have concluded your payment in any of the approved banks, A teller slip which will contain your name, amount paid, date of payment and the teller number Will be given to you at the bank. (please don't loss your teller slip, you will be using it for the UI Post-UTME registration)
University Of Ibadan UI Online Forms Filling Procedure For Post-UTME Candidates
While going to fill your UI Form online, you will be Using the information contained in the Bank teller slip, log on to the University of Ibadan’s online admission portal, to update your payment details.
* You Will be providing the following details;
* Your jamb UTME registration number,
* Your teller number, (the number on your teller slip, usually it is at the top right corner of the slip)
* The bank and the branch where you made the payment.
* The payment date
in order to generate user ID and PIN.

The online forms should be completed carefully following ALL the instructions, as any recorded error(s) may result in disqualification for the student who is applying for to write the 2012 UI post-utme.

PAGE ONE: POST-UTME CANDIDATE’S BIODATA
1. Complete the additional information required on this page. Note that some data have already been filled in for you.
2. Kindly use functional e-mail addresses and telephone numbers to enable us reach you in the course of the admission exercise, whenever the need arises
3. We need data of father,mother and or the guardian.
4. Proceed to the next page.
5. Before proceeding to the next page, check to ensure you have entered the correct information
PAGE TWO: ENTERING YOUR O-LEVEL DETAILS
1. Fill in your o level details.
2. You can fill in a second sittingif there is a deficient in the first sitting O'level result.
3. Ensure correct and adequate information is provided.
4. Proceed to the next page
5. Before proceeding to the next page, check to ensure you have entered the correct information
PAGE THREE: CANDIDATE’S UME DETAILS
1. Cross check the record displayed to ensure it is the same as what you scored in the UTME examinations. Inform the admission office of any variance using the helpdesk site provided for the exercise (http://admissions.ui.edu.ng/helpdesk)
2. Proceed to the next page
PAGE FOUR: REVIEW COMPLETED FORM
1. Review all information supplied and ensure they are correct and accurate.
2. You can go back and correctany mistake observed
3. Click on proceed to the next page to continue.
PAGE FIVE: REVIEW SUBMISSION AND PRINT YOUR DETAILS
1. The page contains a full detail of all your entries and payment information for confirmation and printing
2. If you notice any error kindly click “Back to the previous page” to correct the error
3. If you are satisfied with the information click “Final Submission”
4. Please ensure that you check your entries properly before clicking on Final Submission as you may not be able to make any correction thereafter.
However, you can revisit the page to complete submission anytime provided the final submission has not been made.
